Cancellation policy

Dear customers,

Your appointments are very important to us and are reserved especially for you!

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment – we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice.

Please note that cancellations done less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged 50% of the treatment price.

Please note that cancellations done less than 12 hours before the appointment will be charged 100% of the treatment price

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.

Twoje wizyty są dla nas bardzo ważne i są zarezerwowane specjalnie dla Ciebie!

Jeśli musisz odwołać lub przełożyć wizytę – bardzo prosimy o odwołanie z co najmniej 24-godzinnym wyprzedzeniem.

Należy pamiętać, że odwołane wizyty mniej niż 24 godziny przed ustalonym terminem będą obciążone opłatą w wysokości 50% ceny zabiegu.

Należy pamiętać, że odwołane wizyty mniej niż 12 godzin przed ustalonym terminem zostaną obciążone 100% ceny zabiegu.

Proszę zrozumieć, że jeśli zapomnisz lub odwołasz wizytę bez wcześniejszego uprzedzenia, tracimy możliwość „wypełnienia” tego terminu, a klienci z naszej listy oczekujących tracą możliwość skorzystania z usług.
